Jo Deblaere joined Accenture (then part of Arthur Andersen) in 1985, after studying Business Engineering and Policy Informatics at KU Leuven. While many consultants move on after a few years, he has remained with Accenture throughout his career. In 2006, Deblaere became Operational Director of the billion-dollar Outsourcing division. In September 2009, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO), or global number two. He was also primarily responsible for the Europe division, which covers more than 20 countries.
Gonnissen was named ICT Woman of the Year by Data News in 2018. She is currently a board member at AG Insurance, the KMSKA, Women on Board, and ML6. She previously worked for Xerox for over 18 years, most recently as CEO, and was Chief Enterprise Officer at Orange.
