Randstad and ML6 have jointly launched an AI project to improve sales effectiveness through a data-driven approach.
ML6 developed a ‘sales effectiveness tool’ that assesses the potential of individual companies for Randstad and increases the relevance of generated insights for local sales teams. The tool is based on a scoring system that leverages data to generate weekly recommendations for sales consultants, using external data sources and time series–based forecasts. For the main jury of the Computable Awards 2023, this was reason to nominate the project ‘Increasing Sales Effectiveness’ in the category Large Business Project.
