SWISS KRONO partnered with ML6 to prepare their Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for AI adoption. Through interviews, workshops, and tailored recommendations, ML6 helped define the key requirements, solid data architecture, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and organisational support. SWISS KRONO counts around 5.000 employees and operates in eight different countries, including Switzerland, France, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, and the USA.
