As Talent Officer, Amse supports and accelerates people with her specialisation in social legislation, rewards & recognition and prevention.
Amse takes care of the onboarding of new joiners, salaries and benefits, following up on professional development (eg. training), as well as making sure that the Talent & Culture operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Amse is passionate about People which reflects in her studies of physiotherapy. After working for 4 years as an independent physio, she made the switch to HR and joined ML6 in September 2021. The combination of social interaction, inspiring people, projects and operational work in a dynamic learning environment makes ML6 the perfect fit for her.
