Portrait photo
Portrait photo is used in a machine learning algorithm to create an AI augmented portrait.
We rely on the legitimate interest of ML6
ML6 will only temporarily store the portrait on the Photobooth. No central collection of portraits is done.
All portraits are permanently deleted at the end of every day.
You have the right to request ML6 for copies of your personal data
You have the right to correct any personal data you believe is inaccurate
You have the right to withdraw your consent, in this case ML6 will delete your data
You have the right to object to the processing of necessary cookies/ business correspondence/ personal data, in this case ML6 will evaluate your request and erase your data if objection is valid
You have the right not to be subject to solely automated decision making
