Technical Internships

Our technical internships and theses are linked to our chapters. A chapter is a cross-squad team of experts in a specific topic to enable knowledge building and sharing across projects. The chapters build knowledge by performing applied research and gathering learnings from projects.

What’s in it for you

You will be a full team member of our team and work on some of our internal projects as a Machine Learning Engineer, software engineer or data engineer.

What we are looking for:

• You are currently studying in a field that is related to computer science, and data science in particular, and are looking for a fast-paced environment where you can work with the latest data & machine learning technologies. 
• Strong analytical abilities, knowledge of different statistical methods, not scared by mathematics and a familiarity with research studies.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis languages and tools like Python, SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• You are currently pursuing a degree in computer science or related field.
• A first experience with Tensorflow/ Pytorch and cloud deployment is considered a plus.

Labs

When you join our Labs team, you join a powerful and local team, which is part of a global network of talented professionals. We provide opportunities to build lifelong connections with colleagues and clients, locally and all around the world, because we all perform better when we connect the dots between our people and their strengths.

Information Management

The Information Management unit powers the ML6 teams with effective information.

In order to this, we develop a series of internal tools (e.g. dashboards, applications, etc).

We offer you an opportunity to work hands-on on applications, be it backend and/or frontend.

We are looking for candidates that have worked with mainstream backend (preference: Python) and/or frontend languages (preference: React).

HR

Are you interested in the HR field and motivated to get some hands-on experience?

We offer you an opportunity to get familiar with several HR fields such as Comp & Ben and Recruiting. On the one hand you will collaborate in the operational recruitment from A to Z. On the other hand you will be involved in optimizing our international Comp & Ben.

Finance

Our finance unit is responsible for the ML6 assets, financial insights and operations making sure that everything runs smoothly.

As part of the team you will get acquainted with various types of reporting, resource planning and financial analyses allowing you to get knowledge about the whole spectrum of responsibilities within our finance unit.
